The SST39VF800A-70-4C-EKE is a 64K x16 CMOS Multi-Purpose Flash (MPF). It is manufactured with SST’s proprietary, high performance CMOS SuperFlash technology. The split-gate cell design and thick oxide tunneling injector attain better reliability and manufacturability compared with alternate approaches. The SST39VF800A-70-4C-EKE writes (Program or Erase) with a single voltage power supply of 3.0 to 3.6V and 2.7 to 3.6V, respectively.
